E-Learning for VINCI Construction Grands Projets

It was important for VINCI Construction Grands Projets that all of their employees were able to work on worksites, easily and safely. By ensuring this, we took their entire collection of Visual Standards and delivered them into 7 e-learning modules with an average of 5 - 7 lessons each, including quizzes and a main assessment per module.

Frequently asked questions

What are the key benefits of using E-learning for employees?

E-learning is one of the most engaging, interactive and cost-effective ways to educate employees. In this constantly evolving digital era, organisations need to evolve in order to grow and survive.

Saves money. All employees need is access to a computer, tablet or mobile phone — no training rooms, travel, catering or printed materials required.

Consistent and standardised. Every employee receives the same information and is assessed on the same modules, leaving no room for error or miscommunication.

Measurable. Every module includes an assessment to gauge how well the learner absorbed the information — and results show how e-learning improves productivity and reduces incidents.

Scalable and globally distributed. Once created, a module can be rolled out to every employee and translated into any language, reaching every site without organising classrooms or printing documents.

Convenient and flexible. Training can be accessed whenever it works best for each employee, improving morale. Modules can also be updated as requirements change.

Reduces environmental impact. Britain's Open University found that distance learning courses consume an average of 90% less energy and produce 85% fewer CO2 emissions per student than conventional face-to-face courses.
